Tabcorp Charged With Payment Bidding

Club Victoria filed a statement alleging that Tabcorp provided a $20 million incentive to not only not participate in the bidding process for game licenses, but also not to pursue changes to Victoria’s game licensing structure. The accusations were exposed in a dispute between Club Victoria and its former chairman Leon Wiggard. The transaction is believed to have been detailed in a copy of an email sent between Tabcorp management and Wiggard in March. 바카라사이트

The Australian Securities and Investment Commission, as well as the Australian Competitive Consumer Commission, is investigating the complaint. If Tabkov is found to have violated provisions of the Trade Practices Act governing anti-competitive behavior and exclusive transactions, he could face a fine of up to $10 million or three times the amount of the violation.
